Manufacturing process
At Boreal Flames, each fire pit is a unique piece, created with dedication and attention to detail. We tell you how we carry out each phase, from the initial idea to the final delivery.
DESIGN
It all starts in our design office, where we conceptualize each fire pit using 3D software to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing, functional and unique. Inspired by nature and modern trends, each design is fine-tuned until the perfect balance is achieved.
QUALITY MATERIALS
We use durable materials such as Corten steel, stainless steel or iron, selected for their weather resistance.
These materials ensure that our braziers can withstand the passage of time and the most adverse weather conditions.
CUTTING AND ASSEMBLY
Using laser cutting technology, we manufacture each piece with millimetric precision. Our craftsmen then assemble the braziers by hand, taking care of every weld and joint to ensure a solid and well-finished structure.
PAINTING AND FINISHING
We apply a heat and weather resistant paint that not only protects the fire pit, but also enhances its design. Each fire pit is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our quality and aesthetic standards.
PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Before being shipped, the fire pit is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We coordinate delivery so you receive your fire pit in the shortest possible time, ready to transform your outdoor space.
